ABOUT WILD CHERRY HOUSE
Wild Cherry House is a home-based bakery and small business located in Hanford, California. We offer perishable food products, local pickup, local delivery, digital recipes, and other products that may be added or removed from time to time.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the age of majority in your state, you may use this website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because our food products are handmade in small batches, natural variations in color, shape, size, appearance, and presentation may occur.
Product availability is limited and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an item that becomes unavailable.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be successfully completed using an accepted payment method unless another arrangement has been approved by Wild Cherry House. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment errors, incorrect pricing, or unauthorized transactions.
ORDERS
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Wild Cherry House reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details and providing accurate contact, pickup, and delivery information. Contact us promptly if an order confirmation contains an error.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations, replacements, store credits, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Orders may be canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled fulfillment, provided preparation has not begun. Custom orders, missed pickups, fulfilled perishable food orders, and delivered digital products are generally final sale.
LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Customers must select an available pickup or delivery option at checkout.
Pickup and delivery dates, times, service areas, charges, and availability may vary. Customers are responsible for being available during the confirmed fulfillment window and for providing accurate delivery details.
Ownership and responsibility for an order transfer to the customer once it has been picked up or successfully delivered.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND SAFETY
Wild Cherry House products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients.
Although care is used during preparation, Wild Cherry House does not operate an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, ingredient labels, and allergen information before purchasing or consuming a product. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about ingredients. Customers with severe allergies should not consume a product unless they have determined it is appropriate for them.
Customers are responsible for following all storage, refrigeration, reheating, handling, and consumption instructions supplied with an order.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital recipes and downloads are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only unless the product listing expressly provides different rights.
Digital products may not be copied, shared, uploaded, resold, redistributed, republished, modified for resale, or used commercially without written permission from Wild Cherry House.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or ownership of the underlying content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Wild Cherry House name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, recipes, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Wild Cherry House and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
